Best product, worst delivery

This is my 3rd purchase from your company and I am 200% satisfied with the quality of the product, but the courier company appointed for the delivery must be replaced to save your own goodwill.
Either you may charge extra or send it by Indian Post. The courier gives wrong feedbacks, parcels are moving from one place to other than again to the original place, parcels are delayed and it gives immense pain to wait for a best product. Same courier is problematic while delivering other products of other companies, too.
