I ordered a size 38, but you delivered size 32. I immediately requested an exchange, but unfortunately, my exchange request has still not been processed.

Please arrange the exchange for the correct size 38 immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not recommend your company or purchase your products again.
