i had received a smaller size as the sizes table given in the product page was incorrect. i had written about that in the feedback, rating and comments. the seller saw that and reached out to remedy it. the whole response and follow up process has been highly empathetic and customer oriented. leaves a good feeling and confidence to both recommend and consider buying from them in future.
